Thank you for scheduling your appointment. Here are some things you should know and can expect
You will get an email inviting you to sign up for a client portal account. Since this is a startup it is of limited functionality right now, but that should improve in the future. Presently, it allows you to view and pay bills, send messages, upload information, and sign consent forms.
Once we confirm your appointment, we will invoice you for the deposit for the first session (if that applies to you). We will also need you to upload or email a copy of your identification and any insurance you may have. If we don't have this before your appointment, we may have to reschedule you.
You should receive an email reminder a day before and an email and text message an hour before your appointment. This will direct you to doxy.me where we will conduct the session.
